Madison started dating Jack Galinsky in 2015 after they met at Nash Grier’s party. She was 15, he was 18, and the couple lasted a few years together.

Fans were excited when Beer was apparently dating David Dobrik, a YouTuber known for his altruistic stunts. But both denied the rumors, leaving their followers angry that the perfect OTP never surfaced.
She is currently in a relationship with Nick Austin.
Then, in the summer of 2020, Beer seemed to get intimate with Hype House’s Nick Austin. They were caught on a road trip together last December, and the paparazzi have spotted them on the road many times since then.
It took months for Austin to finally confirm that he and Beer were together with a loving Instagram post he shared on her birthday.

Beer shared one of the photos in her Instagram story, but did not confirm it herself.
Weeks earlier, she had said in an interview with the Zach Sang Show that she wanted to take their relationship “offline.” It’s safe to say she’ll keep quiet about it, but that won’t stop her boyfriend from making a few flirtatious comments here and there.
