Honestly, I spend a lot of time on Zillow. It’s probably my favorite app on my phone. According to my iPhone’s Screen Time feature, which monitors how much time you spend on each app on your phone, I spend more time on Zillow than Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok combined! It’s fun to see what you can afford in different cities and what’s on the market. I could spend days looking at dream homes. Of course, “dream home” is very subjective. It could be a mansion in Beverly Hills or a double-wide trailer in West Virginia with an indoor pool!

I lived in one for a few months right after college when I moved in with a buddy who told me he had a spare room in his prefab home. I didn’t know what a prefab was at the time, and it turns out it’s a fancy word for trailer. It was one of the nicest abodes I’ve ever lived in, though! It was clean, big, and spacious. Plus, we had incredibly nice neighbors. It wasn’t as bad as people make it out to be!
