With a number of returning players, coach Eli Drinkwitz’s team has high expectations for the upcoming season. Missouri is ranked 11th in both major preseason polls, its highest ranking to start a season since 2008.
At least part of the excitement for the Tigers comes from their schedule, even in the unforgiving SEC, which featured only one top-15 team on its roster last season.
