HILLTOWN TOWNSHIP, PA — A 36-year-old Montgomery County man was killed in a two-car crash in Hilltown Township Wednesday evening.
According to Hilltown Township police, the accident occurred at 6:30 p.m. at the intersection of Route 113 and Diamond Street.
Police said the driver of one of the cars, Robert Strohm of Harleysville, was pronounced dead at the scene. A second driver was taken by ambulance to Grand View Hospital with unspecified injuries.

Police are investigating whether speed and a traffic light violation contributed to the accident.
The accident remains under investigation by Hilltown Police and the Bucks County District
Crash team of the public prosecutor’s office.

The roads were closed for over three hours to allow the accident investigation to take place.
Hilltown Police were assisted at the scene by Chal-Brit Regional EMS, Silverdale Fire Company, Bucks County Coroner’s Office, and firefighters from several area fire departments.
