FORECAST:

Happy Friday! You know how it goes. It’s going to be hot this afternoon, with highs of nearly 38°C, mostly sunny skies, and a heat index of up to 40°C. Now that we’ve got that out of the way, here’s the weather forecast for anyone heading to the Journey and Def Leppard concert tonight. Unfortunately, it won’t be “Anyway You Want It.” 😉

Meanwhile, Ernesto is heading directly toward Bermuda, causing heavy surf along the east coast. It will pass Bermuda this weekend, then move into cooler waters and weaken next week.

And now for the nitty-gritty! The long-range models continue to point to a pattern change by the end of next week. It’s too early to get too excited, but should it work out, some rain and cooler weather would be possible. For now, we’ve added a slight chance of rain for Thursday and Friday of next week.
