The elite media propaganda campaign is underway.
The media claims that Governor Tim Walz is “Minnesota Nice” and that the team of Kamala Harris and Walz is pursuing “politics of joy.”

The facts are completely different. Consider this:
Walz supports abortions up to the last day of the ninth month of pregnancy. During his tenure as governor, at least eight babies born alive in botched abortions were allowed to die. I say “at least” because he immediately repealed the reporting requirement when abortions resulted in live births.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Walz set up a snitch hotline that allowed people to secretly report their neighbors when they had visitors for Thanksgiving, Bible study, or other private gatherings. Of course, Walz allowed the Mall of the Americas to reopen for so-called recreational therapy, but insisted that churches remain closed.
Walz imposed aggressive transgender policies on the citizens of Minnesota. He threatened parents if they did not support their children’s gender reassignment. He provided feminine hygiene products in boys’ bathrooms in middle and high schools.
We know from our America’s New Majority Project polls that 59% of Americans believe it should be against the law to provide children with so-called gender reassignment treatments, such as puberty blockers and surgery. Only 23% think it should be legal. In fact, 56% believe that performing gender reassignment surgery on children is a form of child abuse. Only 22% disagree.
Walz is on the side of the extremists on these issues. He believes that denying children puberty blockers and sex reassignment surgery should be against the law – and that this is an abuse.
Furthermore, in times of crisis, Walz favored a radical left-wing ideology over protecting the citizens of Minnesota.
Following the destructive 2020 Black Lives Matter riots that began after the death of George Floyd in Minneapolis, the Minnesota State Senate reported: “Governor Walz failed to activate the Minnesota National Guard in a timely manner and instead attempted to negotiate with and appease the rioters.”
The Minnesota Senate further reported that the state’s National Guard and local police were ready to end the unrest and protect citizens, “but Governor Walz and Mayor (Jacob) Frey stood in their way.”
As rioters destroyed neighborhoods and businesses across the state, the State Senate reported that Walz and his left-wing allies were more concerned with political and cultural optics than their duty to protect law-abiding Minnesotans.
As a result, the Minnesota Senate reported, “human lives were lost, over 1,500 businesses and buildings burned, approximately $500 million in property damage was caused, and the morale of the people was severely affected.”
In addition to Walz’s utter failure to protect Minnesotans during the unrest, he also blew up the state budget through crazy and politically unfounded spending related to Covid-19.
As Jim Schultz, president of the Minnesota Business Council, wrote in Newsweek on July 31:
“In 2022, Minnesota was awash in COVID-related federal funds and ran the largest budget surplus in state history. At $19 billion, it was larger than the combined budgets of 17 states. Yet instead of giving Minnesotans tax relief as promised, Walz gave the money away to virtually every Democratic district in the state and increased the state budget by 38 percent in just one legislative session. To make matters worse, he raised taxes by a whopping $10 billion. It was by far the most reckless fiscal move in modern Minnesota history.”
Harris and Walz’s “politics of joy” is the same old socialist radicalism with big government and a new sales pitch.
The “Minnesota Nice” label is just a facade behind which Walz is pursuing a callous, destructive and pandering left-wing agenda.
Once again, the propaganda media lies on behalf of their democratic allies.
