I learned that Dunkin’ was giving out gift cards and wondered if customers knew about it. “No. I had no idea and I still don’t know why they did it,” said Fiona Muschlewski, a fellow student at Madison College. “I suspect it was a promotion,” Muschlewski said, adding that the experience brightened her day and she hopes it happens more often. I agree.

During my visit, I found the team to be courteous and helpful with my order, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. However, they seem a little overwhelmed and don’t always give you their full attention.
I’ve only been to Dunkin’ at the airport once before and it was a good experience. I went to the Dunkin downtown. The manager was upset that I had a gift card and wanted me to come in since I couldn’t use a gift card at the drive-thru. I also work at a coffee shop so I always try to be extra nice to the customer service employees (because I know how difficult customers can be sometimes) but the manager walked away while I was thanking her mid-sentence and apologizing for using a gift card.

I ordered a cold brew with an extra shot; as someone who works with specialty espresso, I was pleasantly surprised. I was happy with the drink I got,” she said.
