Heritage Ranch
At the southwest corner of 159th Street and Black Bob in Olathe is the new Heritage Ranch development.
This larger community, which includes 130 acres, 305 lots and a small community lake, broke ground in the summer of 2024 and is expected to be available for sale in the spring of 2025. Potential buyers here will have a choice of four different lot sizes ranging from 50 to 85 feet, soon to be showcased by approximately 12 future model homes. A selection of waterfront lots and lots with green space as a reserve will also be available.
Highlights of the facility include a community center converted from an existing horse barn that will feature a community swimming pool and two pickleball courts. An adjacent hay barn will also be converted into another yet-to-be-announced community building.
