The city of Pittsburgh announced Thursday that its six CitiParks Cooling Centers will remain open through Friday.

The six Healthy Active Living Centers will operate as cooling centers on Thursday, August 29 and Friday, August 30 as temperatures are expected to continue to exceed 30 degrees Celsius.

The centers are open on both days from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
